Crystal Charlie

A traditional variation of the classic "Charlie" style fly is the "Crystal Charlie". The barred pattern of the grizzly hackle tips imitates a the mottled & barred patterns found on many natural prey animals of the bonefish. The "Crystal Shrimp" is a shallow water version of this fly, tied without the bead chain eyes - useful for tailing fish and fish feeding in very shallow water.

Crystal Shrimp
