Flatwing Streamer
This "Little Flatwing" streamer tied by David Decker is such a sweet fly. Great pattern for striped bass and other inshore gamefish - this is the classic streamer for fishing the whitewater for stripers! Great in the surf and in rocky areas, also perfect as a boat or shore fly
when sand eels are in the water. Good night fly for areas with current. Please note that due to the shortage of hackles for fly tying, we have a limited number of these on hand, and are not likely to get more until the supply of good hackles improves - maybe a year or so. "Rainbow" color picured above - the Brown/Olive and Chartreuse/Olive colors feature nicely patterned grizzly hackles.

Decker's "Little Flatwing" flies are approximately 4 1/4 inches (11 cm) long, and are tied on the super-sharp Gamakatsu SC15 #2/0 hook. Nice eye with epoxy head. Tied by David Decker.
