How to order from our catalog: View any of our product and catalog pages at your convenience. Click on the "Add to Cart" link next to any item to select that item. You may click on any "View Cart" link at any time to see the contents of your shopping cart. When you click any "Add to Cart", or "View Cart" link, a page will load showing you the contents of your "Shopping Cart". You will always have the option to adjust the quantity if you wish to order more than one of any particular item. Click the "Recalculate" button to view your correct total if you adjust the quantity of an item, or change the shipping or tax parameters. If you change your mind about a particular item, you may adjust the quantity to "0" to remove an item from your cart. You may remove all items from your shopping cart by clicking the "Empty Cart" button. You may return to shopping, or continue on to checkout with your order by clicking on the appropriate links.
When you are ready to check out, please be sure to select the proper shipping method and sales tax info. Check the box shown if your credit card billing address is different from the address you wish to have your order shipped to, otherwise the processing of your order may be delayed. A secure form will load when you checkout so that you may include all required payment and shipping information. Be sure to include all pertinent information, and please enter all information accurately. A "Special Instructions" box is available for any special instructions, comments, or requests. When all required information has been entered, click the "Submit this order" button.Your order will be placed securely, and we prepare your order as soon as we receive it! Shipping and Handling Rates and Policies: Shipping within the United States is by The United States Postal Service or UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping to addresses outside of the United States is by the US Postal Service. We offer flat rates on shipping:
Domestic Orders (within the United States):
USPS "Priority Mail": $6.95. (Estimated Delivery time: 3-4 days). US Mail delivers to post office
boxes and many street addresses. If US Mail does not deliver to the address you wish to have
your package sent to, please use UPS (see below).
UPS "Ground": $7.95. UPS Ground delivers quickly from our location to many East Coast USA
cities - New England states take 1-2 days, Mid-atlantic 2-3 days, Southern states 4-5 days, Midwest
3-5 days, Rocky Mountains, Southwest, and West coast, 5-6 days.

We can supply any other service that UPS offers, including Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day Select.
If you need overnight delivery, or some other special service, please e-mail us or
contact us at 413 274-6143 and we will do our best to accommodate you. United Parcel Service
(UPS) is a very reliable service which includes a tracking number for every order shipped this way
- we do not include a tracking number for any package shipped by US Postal Service unless specifically
requested.
Canada: $6.95 US. all orders are shipped by USPS "First Class Mail International" to Canada (estimated delivery time 10-20 days).
International Deliveries: $22.00. All international orders are shipped from our offices
by the United States Postal Service (USPS)...we use the
"First-Class Mail International" or "Priority Mail International" services for shipping all
overseas packages. In our experience
both "First-Class Mail International" and "Priority Mail International" take the same amount
of time for delivery - the only practical difference as far as we can tell is that for "Priority
Mail International", the postal service supplies us with a nice box to put your order in, then we
are charged a very premium rate for this service/packaging. If your order is large and bulky, it
may go by "Priority Mail International", if it is
small enough to fit into our own packaging or padded envelope, it will ship by "First-Class
Mail International". Both of these services go by air, many times on the same plane.
If your international package is over 3 pounds in weight, we may be forced to add
an additional fee based on our cost - we will e-mail you before completing your order
if any additional fees apply to your order. Please see

on United States "First-Class Mail International" and "Priority Mail International" services.
Estimated time of international delivery according to the US Postal Service is 7-14 business
days for most Euoropean countries - in our experience delivery
time are frequently longer than that - please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
No tracking information is available when shipping packages internationally by the US Mail...
we are sorry but this type of service is simply not available to us when shipping by the
US Postal Service "First-Class Mail International" and "Priority Mail International" that we use.
If you wish to pay extra for "Express Mail International" (typically an additional $20
or so) shipping, please indicate that on your order in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout. This service will include a unique identifying
number for your package ("Express Mail International" is not available to all countries) - total cost
by this service is approx $35-45 US dollars. "Express Mail International" may be slightly faster
than the "First-Class Mail International" and "Priority Mail International" services, but there is
no guarantee of that.
Tight Lines/Saltwaterflies.com is not responsible for packages once they have been
shipped.
All Customs/VAT fees & duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are required by law to state the value and the contents of all international packages
on a customs form attached to the outside of each package.
Please do not ask us to misstate the value or contents of your order. If you are not prepared
to pay your countries' import duties, please do not place an order. Any discrepancy
between the package contents and the description on the customs form on the outside of the
package can be a cause for delay by postal or customs authorities.
Delivery by United Parcel Service (UPS) is available to some countries, though the cost is much
higher ($70-$120 depending on your location). A tracking service is available when shipping by
UPS. Contact us if you require shipping

Some countries may restrict the importation of natural fly tying material such as feathers, bucktails,
etc. For a list of restricted or prohibited items for your country, please go to the following

Look for the "Individual Country Listings" heading, and select your country from the list
(countries are listed alphabetically). Tight Lines / Saltwaterflies.com is not responsible for
the seizure or destruction by customs or import authorities of any restricted items that you
may request on your order.
Delivery time or time in transit to overseas destinations: In general, most of our
shipments to the United Kingdom, France, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand,
etc take about 2-3 weeks to arrive. Some packages may arrive sooner, but others are
occasionally delayed for as much as 4-6 weeks - with the current state of customs scrutiny of
international mail, we have had a few delays - this situation is beyond our control. Many
mail deliveries to Italy typically experience significant delays, and we have had occasional problems with delivery to Italy.
Please be advised - we offer no guarantee of delivery to addresses in Italy at this time!
If you are not willing to accept some risk for international shipping, please do not order.
Thank you for your understanding. We have never had a lost package to any other country besides
Italy.

Out of stock items: We do everything in our power to keep a full inventory at all times, but items do occasionally go out of stock. We do not hold backorders as a general rule, but we may if it appears as if the particular item was important to your order. If you do or do not want us to backorder items, feel free make a note in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout. A great way to do this is to specify: "Please do not ship without the following item: ----, but alert me by e-mail if this item is not currently available"...this will let us know that a specific item is critical to your order. We do not make substitutions on orders unless specifically requested by the customer.
Return Policy: Your satisfaction is always 100% Guaranteed! Please contact us if you have a problem with your order. We accept returns of any item in original condition within 15 days of receipt. We offer store credit or a full refund on all returned items.
Privacy Policy: We Protect Customer Privacy. We do not share customers' information with any third party. Transactions are protected on Saltwaterflies.com by the latest state-of-the-art SSL Encryption, so transfers of sensitive information are securely encoded and safe. We do maintain a mailing list of our customers, and we periodically send out a mailing or e-mail "newsletter" to our customers. If you do not want to be placed on our mailing list, please indicate that on your order.
